Qualified and advances electronic signatures may be created and validated using SecSigner. Signing documents electronically allows for workflow scenarios and contracting avoiding any media conversion.
SecSigner 3.6 is currently available on our web site. For this version, a manufacturer's declaration according to German signature law is available at the corresponding regulatory authority.
The parent version 2.0.0 has been certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI)according to ITSEC E2/high.
The signature application component SecSigner provides a function library and a graphical user interface to create and validate electronic signatures.
Specifically, SecSigners offers:
- HTML interface for web portal integration,
- Java-API and DLL for third party application integration,
- graphical user interface and secure image/text/PDF/HTML/XML viewer component,
- support for signature formats CMS (PKCS#7), XML-DSig, and Adobe PDF signature,
- support for multi-signatures (four-eyes principle)
- mass signature support (sign document stacks with a single PIN entry if supported by smart card type),
- no user installation is required for SecSigner applet use - the applet is started by the user's web browser
- supports a wide variety of card readers and smart cards,
- supports time stamps provides by several trust centers (TSP)
- validates signatures,
- supports signature and document encryption,
- offers online certificate status inquiries (OCSP),
- supports ISIS-MTT standards and trust center services.
