The latest SecSign Portal Update offers several new features to make the everyday life of our customers even more secure and straightforward.
For each file a history log is written to access every change. This is especially useful for collaborations with several users. The history can be accessed with the “i” icon next to the file name.
New notes are easily recognized by the bold blue icon.
Any file, message or folder can be flagged for easy retrieval. This option is available both in the context menu or the action bar.
Every user profile can generate a Softkey to enable safe electronic signatures.
Also a Softkey can be uploaded and used for safe electronic signing.
Every file uploaded to the portal can be signed by default if a Softkey is available. This feature only needs to be turned on once for all following uploads.
Files can also be signed individually after being uploaded. This feature is available either in the context menu or the actionbar.
Messages now offer CC and BCC.
You are now reminded to attach files to messages if you use one of the key phrases (for example “attached”).
If navigating via the search or history to files the entire file path is displayed to make navigating and finding even easier.
Externally shared links can be now have an unlimited validity. That means they do not need to expire any more.
You can now easily find your contacts for sharing or messaging with the “+” button.
Every SecSign ID now has a main profile on the ID Server. Email addresses for restoration and notification as well as mobile signatures are now centrally organized.
The Viewer now offers Syntax Highlighting.
Collaborations are even more productive with addressing notes and editing notes for other user by using the “@name” function.
